Cinnamon Sugar Doughnut Muffins |
Obviously baking isn't just for girls; it's a useful skill everyone should have! It doesn't have to be hard, and it's not always an exact science. I hope to be able to show you when you don't need to stress and when you should really go the extra mile (unsalted butter, who cares? good, quality flour, yes!)
When baking is easy to understand, and you use just a few great ingredients, it doesn't need to be a once-in-a-blue-moon event. Not only can you bake all the time, you can have fun making all kinds of tasty treats (especially if recipients of said tasty treats are the ones on clean-up duty).
I've been baking for about seven years. Many of my recipes are adaptations of the tried and true—or my own inventions. Wherever possible, I try to give pointers to help you avoid all the trial-and-error, mishaps, and disasters that I endured.
Whether you're just starting out, or you're a baking veteran, I hope you find everything here delicious, fun, and easy!
